I'm Bradley Oana — Hawaiian by blood, builder by trade, and coach by calling. My career didn't start in a gym. It started loading shipping containers in Hawaii nearly two decades ago, then home improvement, then luxury appliances on the mainland, then tattoo industry, then back to what I always came back to: helping people rebuild themselves.
Every job I've worked taught me one thing: the people who win aren't the smartest, the strongest, or the luckiest. They're the ones who refuse to stay stuck. They reinvent. They rebuild. They make commotion when life gets quiet.
That's what Commotion Fitness is. It's not a workout brand. It's a reinvention practice — for the people who already know they're meant for more, but haven't built the body, mind, or daily structure to actually go get it.

No. Coaching is fully online — clients are worldwide. The Hawaiian roots are about how I coach (rooted, family-first, freedom-driven), not where you live.
Three to five focused sessions a week is the floor. Operation Freedom runs on a self-paced rhythm; 1:1 coaching includes weekly check-ins and a custom plan that fits your real schedule — not a fantasy version of it.
