I'm Bradley Oana — Hawaiian by blood, builder by trade, and coach by calling. My career didn't start in a gym. It started loading shipping containers in Hawaii nearly two decades ago, then home improvement, then luxury appliances on the mainland, then tattoo industry, then back to what I always came back to: helping people rebuild themselves.

Every job I've worked taught me one thing: the people who win aren't the smartest, the strongest, or the luckiest. They're the ones who refuse to stay stuck. They reinvent. They rebuild. They make commotion when life gets quiet.

That's what Commotion Fitness is. It's not a workout brand. It's a reinvention practice — for the people who already know they're meant for more, but haven't built the body, mind, or daily structure to actually go get it.

I work with founders, builders, parents, professionals — anyone who's ready to treat their physical life with the same seriousness they treat their business or their family. We start with the body because the body is the gateway. Then we get into the rest.

FAQ

What people ask before they sign up.

Do I have to live in Hawaii to work with you?

No. Coaching is fully online — clients are worldwide. The Hawaiian roots are about how I coach (rooted, family-first, freedom-driven), not where you live.

What's the time commitment?

Three to five focused sessions a week is the floor. Operation Freedom runs on a self-paced rhythm; 1:1 coaching includes weekly check-ins and a custom plan that fits your real schedule — not a fantasy version of it.

Is this fitness or life coaching?

Both — by design. Physical health is the gateway to mental clarity and life freedom. You can't build the life you want from a body that's holding you back.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Even better. Most of my clients start with little or no consistent training. The plan meets you where you are, then takes you somewhere you couldn't get on your own.

Do you give nutrition guidance?

Yes. Nutrition principles are part of every program. I don't write rigid macro plans — I teach you the framework so it works for life, not just one challenge.

What's the difference between Operation Freedom and 1:1?

Operation Freedom is a community + group rhythm — affordable, social, self-driven. 1:1 is custom-built for you, with weekly direct access to me and a personalized 90-day plan. Most people start in Operation Freedom and graduate to 1:1 when they're ready to invest harder.

How long until I see results?

Two weeks for energy and sleep. Four to six weeks for body composition. Twelve weeks for the kind of result that other people start asking you about. The internal results — confidence, clarity, daily structure — show up faster than the visible ones.
